Welcome to the website of Couture Virtual Consultants. By accessing our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and are bound by all applicable laws and regulations. The site and its original content, features, and services are owned by Couture Virtual Consultants and are protected by international copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other proprietary rights laws. If, for any reason, we believe that our Terms and Conditions have not been upheld, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services without prior notice or liability.

Observed Holidays
New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.
Service Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old in order to have services provided to you. If we determine that you are not eighteen years old, we will terminate your services immediately.
Term, Renewal, & Termination

Once you have opened an account with a Couture Client Concierge, selected your Couture Virtual Plan, and provided a credit card on file to pay your monthly Couture Virtual Plan fee, and your credit card on file has cleared through our credit-card processor, your Couture Virtual Plan will start to run.

Your Couture Virtual Plan will automatically renew on the last day of each Performance Period unless you tell us before that date that you want to terminate your Couture Virtual Plan or unless we terminate your account as provided in these Terms of Use. Once we have charged your credit card on file for a new Performance Period, we will not issue a refund.

If you want to terminate your Couture Virtual Plan, you must provide written notice by US mail or email 30 days before the last day of your performance period. A text message or phone call termination notice is not an acceptable form of termination. Any notice or document required or permitted to be delivered hereunder shall be deemed to be effective upon receipt or three (3) days after mailing by United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, or by signature required overnight shipment, properly addressed to Couture Virtual Consultants at the respective address set forth below:

If you terminate your Couture Virtual Plan, the termination will be effective on the last day of the Performance Period during which you gave us notice of your wish to terminate your Couture Virtual Plan. Until then, if you have service hours left for that Performance Period, you may continue to use the services until the end of that Performance Period.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate any account, assist law enforcement in the prosecution of criminal liability, and/or assert a civil or criminal legal action on account of use of the site or services that we reasonably believe is or might be in violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable law, order or regulation.
Changes To Your Assigned Couture Virtual Assistant
Couture Virtual Consultants cannot guarantee that you will be working with the same assigned Virtual Assistant for the entirety of any contract period. For example, if a Couture Virtual Assistant terminates their employment with Couture Virtual Consultants during your contract period, Couture Virtual Consultants may assign a different virtual assistant to your account. Couture Virtual Consultants, in its sole discretion, may change your assigned virtual assistant at any time.
Communication with your Couture Virtual Assistant
Your will receive a welcome letter from your virtual assistant once they have been assigned to you. The email will detail their contact information. You may contact your virtual assistant through their work email or work phone number. You may not contact your virtual assistant through their personal emails/phone numbers.
Couture Virtual Consultant Virtual Plan Fees

When you sign up for your plan your credit card is put on file and recurring payments will be scheduled. Your card will be charged the recurring payments monthly unless and until you notify us in writing that you wish to change your plan or terminate services. If you prefer ACH payment, you may set that up.

Your credit card will be used to pay any overage fees.

Payment is due within 14 days of receiving your invoice. If payment is not received on time there will be a 1.5% interest late fee charge.

Requests to terminate services must be received with 30 days written notice and the notice must be sent to our mailing address or by email. If you fail to notify 30 days in advance, you will be obligated to pay for another month of service.
Scope of Services

Couture Virtual Consultants will only take on work that is within our scope of services.

Services must be able to be performed virtually/remotely.

There may be a time when services are performed in-person, but any in-person service must need to be approved by a manager and there may be an extra fee.

Any advice offered while working with Couture Virtual Consultants should not replace or substitute any legal, medical, financial or any other professional advice. To obtain advice to any particular legal matter contact an attorney.

Couture Virtual Consultants does not provide legal advice nor legal representation. Any paralegal services are done under the supervision of a licensed attorney.

Services provided by Couture Virtual Consultants do not constitute legal advice.

Couture Virtual Consultants will not share any information about you to any other client and vice versa.
No solicitation of any Couture Virtual Consultants employee
It is prohibited to solicit any Couture Virtual Consultants employee while your contract is active. For 12 months following the termination of your services you will not employ any Couture Virtual Consultants employee. Couture Virtual Consultants' employees have received specialized training and are valuable assets to our company.
Intellectual Property
Couture Virtual Consultants owns all rights in and to the site. Intellectual property includes but is not limited to the Couture Virtual Consultants name and logo, all present and future rights to trademarks (whether registered or common law trademarks), patents, designs, copyright, and corresponding property rights.
Misuse of Contact Form
Couture Virtual Consultants provides the contact form as a way of communication. Couture Virtual Consultants reserves the right to attain the necessary legal steps if determined that this form is being misused by any individual.
Nebraska Limited Liability
COUTURE VIRTUAL CONSULTANTS is a registered Nebraska Limited Liability Company. (RULLCA 101) Sections 21-101 to 21-197 and 21-501 to 21-542 the Nebraska Uniform Limited Liability Company Act.
Changes to Terms
Couture Virtual Consultants reserves the right to modify the terms of use. Anytime a change is made the date will be updated, please review frequently.
